Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Summit Trade & Supply Co. Ltd ("STS", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

STS provides the following services:

• Digital Solutions: Website development, web applications, system integrations, and technical consulting
• Medical & Health Services: Health consultancy, medical services support, and medical supply logistics
• Logistics & Trade: Import/export facilitation, trade brokerage, and supply chain coordination

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, code, and materials created by STS remain the intellectual property of STS unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Client-specific deliverables will be transferred upon full payment as specified in individual service agreements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Deposits may be required before work commences
• Final payment is due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STS shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party services or products
• Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will meet your specific requirements
• All errors will be corrected

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives termination of services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment for completed work is due immediately
• All confidential information must be returned or destroyed
• STS retains the right to use work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. International Compliance

For services provided internationally, clients are responsible for compliance with their local laws and regulations. STS will make reasonable efforts to comply with applicable international standards including GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.

12. Medical Services Disclaimer

Medical and health consultancy services are provided for informational and advisory purposes. They do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients should consult with licensed medical professionals for specific health concerns.

13. Force Majeure

STS shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government restrictions, or natural disasters.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
